For purchases we first look to meet your needs and relay to you our development process. We look for longer timeframes for settlement, typically 18-24 months to allow sufficient lead-in time for the development process.
For procurement, We will identify what your property requirements are and then leverage our extended network to identify high-quality off-market properties which will suit your needs for development.
