We have a simple process of determining your needs and timeline, whether you are a potential seller looking to move your current property on, or you are a developer/builder who might be looking for a certain type of property to acquire.
Unlike other developers, we have a policy of negotiating in an open, honest and transparent way. If a deal is not a win-win positive experience for our clients and ourselves, we don’t want it.
If you’ve received a letter of interest from us in the mail, and might be open to moving your property on, then we want to hear from you! We will align your goals and timeframe needs and relay to you the development requirements from our end to make you an excellent offer on your property.
The purpose of our first call is to find a suitable settlement timeframe (typically 18-24 months) which works for you and then to determine a ballpark price you would be happy with for a potential purchase. If you have a price in mind already, please let us know we would love to hear an offer at the first call! With this info, we can perform our feasibility and prepare the next step.

If you’re happy with the timeframe and price we have discussed. The next step is the Heads of Agreement document. This is a non-legally binding document which simply states that you are interested in receiving a contract to look at, this allows us to move to the next step in the process.
This meeting we will go over the contract of sale document together and make sure you are happy with the process for sale.

On the settlement date, payment is made to you and the process is complete
